$395.00 fee Buy Smart Membership:

Annual Membership includes the Base Membership plus: Buy Smart System of 5-sessions with live educational training over 10-week period, access to our network of properties, agents & builders, graduation event upon completion of training, annual portfolio review with coach.
If you have already purchased one of the other packages – your fee will be credited toward the course upgrade.
Additional $100 charge for spouse/partner

Qualifications:
Have a minimum of $60,000 in liquid funds to invest in order to purchase 3 or more properties plus reserves.
Have a good credit with a middle FICO score of 660 or better
Complete a Buy Smart System Application/ Questionnaire
Provide a qualification letter from your lender of choice

$295.00 fee Millionaire's Club Membership:
Annual membership includes the Buy Smart and Base Membership plus: You are prepaid for two tours of your choice, individual Millionaire coaching via phone and group conference calls, unlimited e-mail support of coach & territory managers, strategy formulation, area selection assistance and access to our network of properties, agents and builders.

Free Base Membership
Annual membership includes web site access, monthly meetings, weekly e-newsletter with updates on where to invest from best areas of the country, conference calls/webinars, research access, invitations to tours and assistance from Territory Managers.

Qualifications:

No pre-qualification is necessary.
